The four step drill
Four steps, about thirty seconds, and it works on any beer anyone hands you. Most of what you will notice does not arrive until after you have swallowed.

- Run the same four step sequence on any beer, without thinking about it
- Get the smell out of a glass in one sniff instead of six
- Say why the flavour turns up a beat after you swallow, and use that
Before you start
The fourth step is the one nearly everybody skips, and it is where most of the flavour is. If you take one thing from this class, take the breath out through your nose.
